Dear Customers,
The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has started a national strike, resulting in the shutdown of Canada Post's operations. As a result, customers may experience delays in their mail deliveries. To minimize the impact on your shipments, we will be switching your parcel delivery to UPS. Please note that there may be an increase in shipping costs, and we kindly ask you to provide a UPS-compatible address, especially for PO Box addresses, until Canada Post resumes normal operations.
Additionally, with the holiday season approaching, the volume of shipments will rise significantly, and we expect delays in deliveries. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
