Please also note that the May 17–19 long weekend may contribute to further delays. To minimize any shipping interruptions, we strongly recommend avoiding Canada Post shipments starting from May 14. Instead, we suggest the following alternative delivery options:

• UPS – Fast, reliable, and fully trackable
  Please note: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. A street address will be required.

• Local Courier Service – Available within the Greater Vancouver area
  Rates provided upon request.

• Self-Pickup – Available at our North Vancouver office:
  Unit 105 – 998 Harbourside Drive, North Vancouver, BC

For all orders placed on or after Wednesday, May 14, 2025, our team will contact you to confirm your preferred shipping method before proceeding. Orders will only be shipped once we receive your confirmation.
